Our tables and chairs are even made by a local and talented craftsman.

FISH

Mark Lobb Wild Devon Food - Dartmouth 

A truly local South Devon fishmongers with nearly all of the fish caught locally within 30 miles of Brixham or Plymouth. The shellfish is landed in Dartmouth & Salcombe, Hake and Haddock are caught around the North Cornish and Devon coast, Meagram Sole are caught around the Isles Of Scilly, all landed in Newlyn and sent up over night.

Kingfisher - Brixham

Local fishermen give them an amazing supply of the freshest fish available, from sea bass, Dover sole and skate through to grey mullet and cod. Sourcing many other sustainable varieties when in season. During the summer they also supply lots of local lobsters, crabs and shellfish.

Sharpham Vineyard

Using the rich milk from their Jersey cattle and vegetarian rennet. In April 2003 they moved into a new purpose-built creamery sited next to the winner. Using traditional techniques the cheeses remain fully hand-produced and free of GM ingredients.

Martin Berryman Terawhiti Farm - South Milton & Kingsbridge 

Terawhiti Farm has been in the Berryman family for over a century. It is a small, traditional, family run farm but very diverse. The best English strawberries are grown here in the summer alongside a fine crop of raspberries, courgettes and a firm favourite, broccoli. The winter months yield cauliflowers, kale, sprouts, celeriac and a whole variety of cabbages.  October brings the pumpkin harvest where over 7,000 pumpkins are gathered.

WINE

Sharpham Vineyard 

Award winning wine and cheese. This thousand year old farm consists of five hundred acres owned by the Sharpham Trust. Their aim is to farm successfully in the modern context and to produce world class wine and cheese in harmony with the environment and the natural beauty of the estate. 

A range of English red and white wines are produces, which win awards at National and International level, including the UKVA Most Outstanding Wine 2010 for the Estate Selection.
